Hey I'm Richard and here's a little something about me and who I am. I love to have fun whether it's sitting down watching TV or climbing Mt Fuji. I LOVE to laugh and make people laugh. I like to make people feel welcomed around me and comfortable. I know I wouldn't want to be ignored if I didn't know anybody. I'm a strong believer that you must respect others but in order to do that you must respect yourself first. I believe in hard hard work (yes I used the word "hard" twice.) I have worked hard to get where I am today and I couldn't be happier! I like to take charge and lead in any situation. I'm not a follower and will never be one. I make decisions quickly and abide by those decisions. I handle situations in a fair manner as I should because I'm a strong man with a solid heart.

I have an identical twin brother that I live with and we're best friends. We both share a passion for weight lifting and we both motivate each other to give it our all. Two of my favorite athletes of all time is Arnold Schwarzenegger and Tim Tebow. Arnold revolutionized the sport of bodybuilding into what it is today and Tim Tebow is a perfect example of how hard work and dedication pays off. I've earned everything in my life through skill and dedication. I know I will become successful because I have the right heart in place to do so.

I have many hobbies that I enjoy besides lifting. I like to run, read, work on my car, surf, bike, watch movies, and volunteer. I'm currently in school right now at Kennesaw State majoring in Psychology. I got a late start on school because I served in the Marine Corps. After I receive my degree I will pursue a Master's degree in Science.
